I recently have done a similar journey sans IronMans. hahah. I got up to 227 and I'm now down to 169 -- 58 pounds. I've had a lot of tears, less sleep (waking up at 5 every day to workout), and so I appreciate this post as super inspiring to me and others. Keep up the good work my friend.
